Since our system is designed to keep track of our customers' data as efficiently and accurately as possible, this form is intended to be completed by the owner/manager of a UST Company. From this account the owner will be able to grant access for each UST facility the company owns. Each facility will then be given access the system.

To register your company just fill out the form below. We will email you with a username and password that will allow you immediate access the PASS Control Panel. What is the PASS Control Panel?

The PASS Control Panel, or PCP for short, is the central management hub for all actions within the PASS system. From here you will be able to take tests, edit your company details, purchase test credits, add UST facilities and employees, as well as many other useful functions.
