The Minnesota Pollution Control Agencies Storage Tank Program released its newsletter this week. Spring is upon us and with Spring comes heavy rains with the potential of severe flooding. The MPCA says it is worthwhile to take some simple precautions to minimize the chances of damage to your storage tank system from flooding. Check out the MPCA fact sheet for more details.

On February 23rd the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Underground Storage Tank Section approved the PASS Class C Operator Training Program. You can view the requirements by clicking here.

On February 20th 2009 Louisiana approved new regulations for UST Operator Training. PASS is available and now offering Class C Operator Training via our online course.

On December 15th the Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau of Wisconsin approved our Class C Operator Training System. Register now and begin training your operators for this classification. A/B training will be available early next year.
