	UST Class C Operator Training and Certification Our proposed approach to UST Class C Operator Training meets both the Letter and the Intent of the Federal Guideline of the 2005 Engery Policy Act and permits the regulated community to meet the training requirements in a cost-effective and non-disruptive manner. 	UST Class A & B Operator Training PASS is developing a unique approach to the Class A and B Operator Training. It is our goal to administer this training using a similar format as seen in our Class C Operator Training. It will be "on-demand," and available 24/7 via the Internet. The A and B training will be broken into two separate courses with separate exams or if a trainee desires, he or she can take both courses. In some states the exam will be administered by the governing state agency and PASS will only provide the training. PASS's A & B training will be available as early as this spring as we gain approvals from state regulatory departments.
